Somerby Writing Workshop is run by Evan - a proofreader, qualified teacher of English, and outlandish American. Educated at Virginia Military Institute and University of Maryland, he met his future wife while studying abroad at Oxford in 2001. It has been a dream of his to one day live in the United Kingdom and he invaded your country in December 2012. Since then, he has been teaching at a sixth form college and tutoring private students in Leicester, Melton Mowbray, and Rutland. Evan's private students are all satisfied - at least that's what they say to his face.
