We are a trustworthy and thorough cleaning service at excellent rates within the local area. You provide the equipment, we provide the elbow grease!

Whether you are moving home or just need a little help to clean your house on a regular basis, here at Southsea Cleaning we will supply you with a hard working and honest member of staff to help your home sparkle.

We keep our charges to a minimum by the client providing the cleaning products and the hoover etc. We send one of our staff to you to provide the elbow grease!

We understand that every customer has different needs. Therefore we offer every new customer a one off 3 hour session for £20. This way we can get to know each other and discuss what needs to be done and can quote on any further work correctly. Some charges may vary due to dirt or hygiene levels but our ball park figure for cleaning on the second appointment is £25 for 3 hours.

Our staff are very honest and trustworthy. On each job we will create an Honesty Box, somewhere to put all the little things we find laying around when we are cleaning. This can be screws, buttons, coins or more random and also valuable items have been found whilst we have cleaned for people. These will always be returned to the box for you to sort through. We are very discreet about what we find (we have found all sorts!).

Regular cleaning;
Our regular cleaning services offers a highly efficient approach to all household tasks and is tailored to your individual requirements.
Whether you need your house cleaned weekly, fortnightly or monthly, your home will be thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. If your furniture is on free moving castors, we will always move it out of the way to clean beneath it.

Kitchen:
Clean kitchen work surfaces, sinks and taps
Clean appliance exteriors
Sweep and wash vinyl/tiled floors
Take out rubbish

Bathroom:
Clean baths, showers (* Applying of limescale remover if necessary. Heavy limescale markings may not be removed by a single application of limescale remover. However regular use will help with further removal).
Clean toilets
Clean bathroom tiles (maximum 6’ height)

Living Room/Lounge:
Dust skirting boards, fixtures & fittings
Clean interior glass
Dust and polish furniture
Clean/hoover hardwood floors/carpets
Vacuum upholstery and / or wipe down leather
Spot wiping of paintwork

Introductory Offer 3 hours £20 for every first session of every customer (this does not include oven cleaning).

Oven Cleaning - quotes available upon request.

Garden clearance - £25 for 3 hours. Rubbish to be removed from the property by the client.

Deep cleans - quotes available upon request. Some may require extra equipment such as carpet cleaners.

Please note we will not ask our staff to do anything dangerous. Please don’t ask them to climb anywhere to clean. We can dust ceilings and walls if a ladder is provided but we do not expect them to balance on random furniture to get to high places.

Please give us the space to clean, we cannot safely clean a room full of people or a kitchen with children running around.

Communication is also the key. If you would like us back on a regular basis but are unhappy about any part of our work, please tell us so that we have the chance to rectify it.
