South Tyneside Housing Ventures Trust is an independent, private, not-for-profit company offering high quality housing in South Tyneside. We provide new homes for people aged over 55, families living with someone with a disability, plus new and refurbished family and starter homes.

We will do our best to respond as soon as possible to comments during our office opening hours. These are 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am - 4.30pm on Friday.
