With the Poldark TV series just finished Spring Tide provides a great base to explore Cornwall and all the scenic locations. This is a ground floor apartment that has just been stylishly refurbished in a beach hut style with bright white paintwork and colourful furnishings. There are large patio doors leading from the living area to the garden enabling very easy living for enjoying the sunshine and a barbeque, weather permitting! Even on a dull day the rooms are light and you can just see the sea! Spring Tide is only a short walk from Cadgwith Cove where you can watch the ebbing and flowing tides on the beach. The fishermen launch their boats from the beach and you may be able to sample their catch at the Cadgwith Cove Inn or the newly opened Old Cellars restaurant. The village of Ruan Minor has a very well stocked grocery store, the village hall with a thriving market every Thursday morning, the village church, tennis courts and children’s play area. Exploring further afield is effortless as there is parking just outside so trips to St Ives, Falmouth and Penzance are all about 40 minutes away.
