Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing, classes and 1 to 1
Kundalini Yoga class is suitable for mixed abilities and complete beginners are welcome! It's a lot about self-assessment and your own progress. Modifications/simplifications are always given for more difficult poses for students to choose from, according to their abilities. Also, it is totally ok to have a little break and come back to the exercise if/when you are ready. The class is relaxed and non competitive, so everyone would be comfortable and in control of what they do. If you have a specific concerns or areas you like to work on, I would be happy to work with you and give smth to do at home. It can start from a few minutes pranayam (breathing exercise) to a longer exercise sessions.
Various conditions could be addressed and improved including: stress and chronic fatigue reduction, hormonal/endocrine system normalization, immune busting, alleviating depression, improving sleeping patterns, helping to overcome various addictions, support in living with MS and others.
