At Suffolk Coastal Events, we understand that planning a wedding can seem like quite a daunting task. To ensure that you have a worry-free lead up to your wedding, we will offer you all the support you need to ensure that your day exceeds your hopes and expectations.

We have a range of packages for you to choose from:

Sourcing suppliers - £75
We will come to you to discuss all your ideas for the day. We will pass over the contact details of some recommended suppliers who can turn our ideas into your reality.

Find your venue - £100
After an at-home consultation, we will recommend 4 venues that we know would suit your day perfectly.
We will negotiate a price on your behalf and provide you with other important details about the venue. To put your mind at ease, we do not work on a commission basis so you know that the venues we suggest have truly been chosen with you in mind.

Make it unique - £150
Spend some time with one of our consultants to discuss all the things that you can do to make your day stand out from the rest. Helping to personalise your wedding is what we do best!

Pre-wedding planning - £450
You will meet several times with our consultant in the months leading up to your wedding. Together we will capture the perfect look for your day. We will help you to set a budget, design the theme for your day, recommend and arrange appointments to view 4 chosen wedding venues, make the appointments to meet recommended suppliers, provide a detailed breakdown of the timings for the day, liaise with the appropriate on-site staff at your venue and contact all your suppliers 4 weeks before your wedding to confirm and finalise all the details.

On the day - £750
Our ultimate treat. With this package you have access to everything that is included in our pre-wedding package PLUS a member of our team to support you and be there throughout the wedding day.
