We are a small group training in BJJ, MMA and Submission grappling. There is an open door policy which means anyone is welcome to join us regardless of team or affiliation, level or style.
You can expect to be warmly welcomed and we will help you with your learning as much as possible.
With close links to some top teams and great gyms, The Fight Hub MMA (Tamworth), Sukata BJJ/MMA (Blackpool+Preston), 1st Legion Gym (Leicester) to name a few, you can be sure that you will have some great opportunities to train with some of the countries best fighters.
Recommended to bring shorts, t-shirt, water, towel, groin guard, gum shield.
