The company has been set up by professional stalkers responsible for the deer management on over 6,200 acres of private land surrounding the Ashdown Forest. Our aim is to provide you with a superior product straight from our own state of the art larder.
Venison is forever becoming increasingly popular as it is lean, low in fat and full of flavour. Promotion from various celebrity chiefs and quality fine dining restaurants has led to a surge in demand and a shortage in supply across the UK and Europe.
Our deer are all wild deer culled for management purposes on our own ground giving you full traceability. Wild venison cannot be classed as organic but we believe it to be a better product and, without doubt, more sustainable than any farmed animal.
