My name is Ryan Nolan,

I have been a Domestic Energy assessor now for around three years. I have completed hundreds of EPC’s in this time on all sorts of different property types.

Over the years I have worked for various companies carrying out Loft and Cavity wall Surveys, Green Deal Assessments, Validation for ECO Scheme, Boiler Surveys, Green Deal Assessments for External Wall Insulation, Green Deal assessments for claiming RHI on Bio Mass Boilers and EPC’s for Solar companies.

I have also worked for quite a few Estate agents carrying out Energy Performance Certificates and currently still do. Always on the lookout for more companies to work for so please feel free to get in touch.
