Temis works on saving your organisations money by monitoring your telecoms expenses.

We work with large organisations to manage and reduce their telecommunications costs.

Since 1995 we have been a UK leader in telecommunication expense management.

We work with our Customers on a long term basis to fine tune their bills, manage costs effectively and make recommendations when they negotiate new contracts with suppliers. Using our unique online system we provide detailed reporting for one, several or all of their departments so that they can monitor and control costs.

The software system we have developed enables us to take our Customers’ bills and examine every detail of them, checking that the contracted rates are correctly applied and often identifying savings.

We have managed over £1 billion of telecommunication expenditure for our Customers and achieved savings for them in excess of £100 million.

A key part of our service is developing and implementing reporting software for specific issues – these have included monitoring the frequency of customer service calls, measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and analysing data to reduce line rental costs.

Our Customers include both the largest UK energy utility company and roadside breakdown organisation.

The core services that we provide are:

MITem – Online cost reporting in specific departments and business activities

CallTem – Filtration of business and personal call usage from mobile devices

TarTem – Analysis of current tariffs and recommendations for negotiation of new contracts

ValTem – Examination of bills to ensure contract rates are applied and identify errors and savings


In 2013 we rebranded the company to reflect the development in the services that we offer.

‘Tem’ stands for telecoms expense management and ‘is’ stands for intelligent solutions – we think that sums it up nicely!
