A collaboration between two old farming families and leading experts from across the fruit industry, with spectacularly tasty results!
A collaboration between two old farming families and leading experts from across the fruit industry, bringing together local knowledge with the latest technology and practises from home and abroad.
In an area once home to extensive orchards we are reviving this old industry, exploiting the high light levels, good soils and maritime climate to grow fruit of the highest quality. Farming on the Tendring Peninsula in rural North Essex, bounded by the Stour estuary to the North, Hamford Water to the South and the North Sea to the East we enjoy a climate second to none for UK fruit production.
The 2014 apple and pear harvest from our orchards in Great Oakley & Wrabness allowed us to produce a delicious range of naturally cloudy juices from Grade 2 fruit which was not pretty enough to be wanted by supermarkets: Braeburn Apple (750ml); Braeburn & Conference Pear (750ml); and Topaz, Evelina & Conference Pear (750 ml) juices.
With our 2015 harvest approaching, we are looking to expand our range to include 250ml bottles, ideal for restaurants, cafes and people on the move.
