All TFW sessions are 60 minutes, focusing on signature mobility, dynamic warm ups, energy and metabolic training and strength training days. You’ll be working out with other people who have the same goals as you.
Group Classes
60 minutes coached in maximum of 10 people only using the TFW system.
8 Weeks Warrior Challenge
The workouts are 60 minutes three times a week for 8 weeks, everything is checked, monitored and tested to make sure you are progressing towards your goals. There is also a secret facebook group for your daily motivation and advice from your coach. You’ll be working out with other people who have the same goals as you.
One - On - One Coaching
Using the TFW system, Boxing/Kickboxing and Personal Training methods to give you that undivided attention and maximum supervision.
