A family run guest house and tearoom situated in the pretty village of Hutton le Hole on the edge of the North York Moors.

We have a selection of 7 well presented spacious rooms - single, double, twin and family suites
- all of which have en-suite facilities and are equipped with colour flat screen television, heating, hairdryer and complimentary beverage tray.

Breakfast is served in the tearoom, overlooking the beautiful village green, where sheep can often be seen grazing. You can look forward to being offered anything from a full English breakfast to a lighter continental style breakfast We are very proud to serve Yorkshire tea, or our excellent coffee alongside a selection of speciality teas.

The residents' lounge is spacious, attractive and welcoming, with open fire for cool evenings.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout most of the establishment.



Tea Rooms

Our licensed tea rooms are open daily.

We offer a range of teas and coffees, homemade cakes, puddings, bread and snacks and also more substantial meals, all delicious and prepared by Josh, using the freshest
local produce where possible. The tea room has a log fire, for added warmth and comfort.
