Nestling in the small, moorland village of Gillamoor, within southern side of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, this charming end terrace holiday cottage is full of traditional features.
The cottage still has the original Yorkshire stone kitchen floor, exposed stonework, original beams in the lounge and double bedroom and stripped pine doors throughout.
The surrounding area provides an abundance of walking and cycling trails. The Valley of Farndale famous for its daffodil walk, and Hutton le Hole are close by. Market towns at Kirkbymoorside, 3 miles, and Helmsley, 8 miles, offer a choice of shops, inns and tearooms and visitors can travel on the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway. The village pub and restaurant is just around the corner.
