We believe that less is more. That’s why there’s only two ingredients in our yoghurt - milk and live bio cultures. For every litre of yoghurt, we start with three litres of milk and after adding our carefully selected cultures, it is strained using traditional methods to create a thick, creamy texture packed with dairy goodness.
Dorset Strained Yoghurt is a surprisingly versatile ingredient. Scoop some into a bowl with fruit, nuts or honey and you’ve got yourself a delicious breakfast or tasty snack. Used as a base with other ingredients, you can create amazing dips, sauces, soups and even cakes. For exciting recipe ideas, visit our Instagram page and our website from January 2017.
