The Energy Room Rushden is a room we have specially converted to be my little healing room. It's located at the rear of our property. Our garden is really peaceful and backs onto the Greenway so we don't get distracted by road noise etc.

I've been Reiki attuned for over a decade now and I have mainly been treating friends and family but I decided to get a formal diploma in Crystal Healing and Reiki 2 qualification to turn my passion into part of my life's work. As you can see from my pictures I have a LOT of crystals. I love them all and I use them in my energy therapy sessions.

I have some very special 'High Vibration' crystals if anyone is interested in spiritual development I would love to be of service to assist you.

I have so many friends who would like to learn the basics of how to meditate and mindfulness and I will arrange some small workshops in the near future. Please contact me if you want to be on the list for this.

I do have a Chi Machine, which I use myself a lot to get into a deeper state of meditation. This is a passive exerciser that sways your ankles side to side for up to 15 minutes and you get this beautiful wave of energy bouncing around your body for a while afterwards. I believe this is pure prana or chi energy that is being moved and the health benefits from this are endless. The makers claim that the Chi Machine boosts circulation and reduce stress amongst other things. If you struggle to switch off or to relax then this treatment would be beneficial to you I'm sure.

I do prefer to work by intuition when aligning energy so I don't like to say that it will just be reiki alone or just crystals because I like to use them both together. I think they compliment each other beautifully.

I am blessed to be able to see energy fields and auras and I find this helps me greatly in my work.
