Supporting our County Museum.
The Friends of Carmarthenshire County Museum exists to support our local museum.
In December 2011, it was proposed that the museum should be closed as part of council cuts. This would have a catastrophic effect on Carmarthenshire's museum service. The museum has had a year's reprieve while its future is reviewed.
SO the need for the Friends is greater than ever. We would welcome your support. If you would like to join us, you can find details on our website. Even if you can't join, you can show your support just by visiting this fantastic museum.
