I have always been a baker and started out with cupcakes - which I still do for customers - and my real passion is hand decorated layer cakes using fabulous ingredients which are all edible.
No nasty modelling pastes, hard white icing or horrid tasting food colourings! No dry and dead cake just moist flavoursome sponge, sandwiched with light and fluffy buttercream and decorated with patisserie or chocolate work - all hand made in the kitchen. The kitchen is registered with High Wycombe District council and has a 5 star food & hygiene rating so you can be assured of the highest standards.
