We are an Independent florist working from a home based workshop in Gravesend, Kent and specialising in Wedding and Event flowers, using only the finest quality cut stems direct from the growers in Holland.

Terms and Conditions
General
By placing any order on our website, through Facebook, by phone or in person, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Our normal working days are Monday to Saturday inclusive, excluding public holidays, subject to some celebration days falling on Sunday, when we will be open. Details will be placed on the Website when this is applicable.
All payments can be made by Cash, Cheque, Postal Order, Bank Transfer or Paypal, please note, there is a 5% surcharge which is payable by the customer for any Paypal transactions.
All prices shown or agreed are in GB Pound Sterling and exclude the cost of delivery for orders outside of Gravesend under the total price of £250.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place in person if ordering in person or on the despatch of goods if the order is placed through the Internet, via facebook or by telephone.
All products will be at your risk from the time of delivery to you or your venue. Any complaint or dissatisfaction must be made at the time of delivery, we can take no responsibility for your flowers after delivery to you and/or set up at your chosen location.
We take care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website, Facebook or otherwise provided to you are correct at the time, but this information may not always reflect the position when you place an order on the Website or we order products for you.
In the event of supply difficulties outside of our control, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of similar quality and value.
We will treat all your personal information as confidential and keep it secure and endeavour to comply with UK privacy laws
These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and courts of England.

Delivery Services
Despatch of products will be arranged after we have received payment.
We offer a local delivery service throughout North Kent, South London and surrounding areas.
Except for celebration days and weddings, deliveries will not be made on Sundays or UK public holidays or the day after a public holiday. Where orders have been placed for delivery on any of these dates and we are unable to contact you in time, we will deliver, where possible, the day before or the day after that date requested.
For orders under £250 and outside of Gravesend, delivery charges start from £5, please contact us to obtain exact prices for your delivery.
Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left confirming attempted delivery, stating where the delivery has been left – either a safe place or with neighbours, based on customers’ instructions and our judgement of local conditions.
Flowers sent to business addresses and other organisations will be delivered to a main reception or collection point. We will attempt to obtain a name at the time of delivery.
Photographs
You agree that any photographs of our flowers or products taken by us at your event or wedding may be displayed on our website or brochures. In the event that individuals are pictured we will seek your consent to display the pictures, which consent should not be unreasonably withheld.
Changes, Cancellation, Complaints and Limitations
All customer cancellations must be made in writing or email by the person who placed the order.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plant materials, any complaints will be dealt with by individual cases and refunds will be issued at our discretion. If you experience any problems then we require all flowers to be returned to us for inspection before considering any refund either partial or in full.
For weddings and events we will accept changes to flowers and products ordered up to 30 days before the wedding or event date and before final payment has been made. We cannot guarantee we can accept any changes after that time, but will use our best endeavours to accommodate such requests.
Any payments made cannot be refunded if cancellation takes place less than 30 Days before the date of the wedding or event.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching this agreement is limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. We are not responsible for indirect losses which may occur as a consequence of the main loss or damage, including, but not limited to;
a. Reduction of enjoyment of special occasions, such as weddings or special parties
b. Reduction in colour co-ordination or quality in pictures taken of events
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Events outside our reasonable control include any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
a. Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
b. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, zombie apocalypse or alien invasion.
c. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
d. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
e. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
f. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
g. Unusual or extreme weather conditions including sudden heavy snowfall.
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the event which is outside of our control continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.
Weddings and Events (Private and Corporate)
Payment
A 10% deposit is payable at the time your order is accepted and agreed. Payment of the remaining 90% is payable 30 Days before the wedding or event date.
Once you have paid your deposit for wedding or event flowers you have a 7 day cooling off period, within which time your order can be cancelled and your deposit refunded.
Access and Installation Arrangements
Where it is necessary for us to install/set up flowers or other products you agree to arrange access for us to the premises at specific and agreed times. If for any reason we are unable to obtain access at the agreed times, we cannot guarantee the completion of the installation by the agreed times. We confirm that we will use our best endeavours to meet the time timetable. We cannot accept liability for any damages or costs due to us being unable to gain access to premises at the agreed times.
Hire of Plants, Glassware and Other Products
Where we have agreed to hire plants, Glassware or other products to you the following are the main terms of our supply agreement;
You agree to hire from us plants, glassware and other products, which remain our property.
You confirm that you are responsible for the condition of the plants, glassware and products whilst being hired to yourself and agree that we will not have any responsibility to replace them in the event of any losses or breakages. Causes of damage include disposal of unsuitable liquids and other materials into the containers, any cracks, smashing, all breakages and damage the foliage to hired plants whether accidental or deliberate, also exposure to excessive temperature changes including any heat damage, staining or carbonisation caused by the use of candles or tealights.
Any losses or breakages of any plants, vases, mirrors, birdcages, archways or other items must be paid for at full product cost and will be invoiced for separately after the event.
Funerals and Gift Orders
Payment
The customer will pay for items classed within these categories will be paid for in full at time of order. Details required at time of order are name of recipient/deceased, delivery address to include name of business or funeral director, time required, contact details of recipient and full addresses of both the recipient and the client placing the order.
Once you have paid your deposit for funeral or gift flowers you have a 24 hour cooling off period, within which time your order can be cancelled and your deposit refunded.
Delivery
We will assume that all information provided by the customer, is correct and honour the order details as provided. However, should any delivery details be incorrect, we reserve the right to charge the customer any unexpected surcharges inflicted on us.
