The Hot Yoga Hub provides beginner's classes suitable for all levels and abilities, each class working 100% of your body based on the Bikram method of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.
The class will systematically work every muscle, joint, ligament, organ, gland and cell. Hot yoga maintains optimum health throughout whilst reducing stress, providing mental clarity, flexibility and strength.
In addition, the specific series provides concentration, determination, patience and wellbeing.
