We offer free advice, consultation and full diagnosis for all of your Mac issues.

The MacSmiths offer unequalled service. 95% of Macs brought to us are diagnosed and repaired within 24 hours. We are able to advise on how to get the very most out of your Mac.

We have approximately 100 clients per week, 90% of which is from referrals. We offer support to individuals and companies and we also support a number of the schools in the area.

The MacSmiths is very different from any other I.T. company. Firstly, we ONLY work on Apple products and because we are unauthorised it means that we are not held back by the restrictions that Apple imposes on authorised companies. The codes of practise authorised companies conform to greatly restrict which computers can be fixed, how much they can be improved and the parts that can be used.

Because the MacSmiths are unhindered by these restrictions, we can develop procedures that greatly improve the running of the machines, use reconditioned parts to greatly lower the price of repairs, repair parts rather than just replacing them, use far superior upgrades than are available through Apple and diagnose and repair Macs within a fraction of the time.
