We are a family orientated restaurant offering a unique breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. Our main attraction is our mouth-watering buttermilk pancakes.
Our aim at The Pancake Shack is to offer an alternative and unique breakfast, lunch and dinner menu to our customers. Our menu will be diverse, interesting and cater for all. We will also offer a range of home made treats whilst being able to relax in a welcoming environment. Creativity and excitement will be found in all of our dishes within the pancake shack meaning you will always be in for a treat.
Our main goal as a new innovative business is to have a healthy, successful, sustainable company that will continue to grow as we become more and more established on the high street . We will look to be top dog in customer service and ensure that customer feedback is taken through the correct channels and has direct influence on how we introduce new themes, dishes and promotions.
A main factor in us becoming a established business is to ensure that all of our staff are highly trained in all aspects of hygiene and that our kitchen meets the EHO's standards at all times.
