This new facility is open to everyone to experience the benefits of Pilates for themselves. With the guidance of highly experienced instructors Caroline Rutzler and Philipa Jenner- Wales, you can learn to balance muscle development through strengthening techniques in mat classes and using reformer equipment. One-to-One (or small group) mat sessions are recommended before use of the reformer and start from £45 for non-members of Curves. These are open to everyone.
