Everything produced at the Rainbow is as fresh as can be. ALL the fish is prepared in the morning - just walk past the shop and you'll see Mauro there knife in one hand, coffee in the other and Always a smile on his face. The potatoes are peeled and cut everyday we have our own Potato room to make sure everything is fresh and clean as shown in Cherwell Councils 5* rating shown in our shop and on our page.
