Preparing for childbirth and parenting can be overwhelming. Everyone has an opinion and a story to tell. We believe in the importance of women and their partners being informed, so that they are empowered to make choices and understand medical advice provided to them in a confident manner. We believe in real honest birthing.

Group antenatal classes

This course includes 4x 2hour classes, and a 'catch up' session a little while later. 1 birthing partner to attend with you is included in the price.
Refreshments will be provided.

Maximum attendees: 5 pregnant ladies + their birthing partners per course.

Private antenatal classes

Bespoke antenatal teaching at a location of your choice. Anything from a few hours to revisit your last birth, to a couple of hours a week, to a full day. Please contact us for a quote tailored to your needs.

Hypnobirthing

4x 2 hour classes at a location of your choice. Price includes 1 birthing partner.

Katherine Graves hypnobirthing is the only hypnobirthing model to be accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.

Hypnobirthing enables a woman to work with her body, which is naturally designed to give birth. It releases the fear and negativity that she has been programmed with from an early age and replaces it with a calm confidence. It doesn't guarantee a pain-free normal birth but it does support support you in having the best possible birth for yourself. Women using hypnobirthing often say it's the most empowering experience of their life.

Postnatal Support

Breast-feeding problems? No-one has shown you how to bath your baby? Something you're worried about?
For 2 hours, a qualified midwife can come to your home and help you with the challenges of being a new parent.
