The Strawberry 50

'The Strawberry 50' cycling spectacular is being held around Cambridge and is open to all. Sun 4th Sept 2016. 3 distances: 55, 28 or 14 mile family ride

The Histon and Impington Bicycle Club and Friends of the Rec are co-organising this enormously successful event for the second time.
The Strawberry 50 aims to get as many people as possible out enjoying the day on two wheels. There are three rides to choose from:
55 miles in a loop via Bourn, Bassingbourn and Barrington
28 mile loop: Madingley, Hardwick, Little Eversden
A family friendly 14 miles along the car free busway to Swavesey.
There will be specially set up café stops along the way, marshalls, signage and medals for the kids.
Registrations are open from 1st April 2016 onwards, go to the The Strawberry 50 website. Registration for the 14 miler is on the day, at the event only. 535 people rode last year, we are expecting it to be popular so please book early to guarantee your place.
