Located in the ancient charter town of Marazion and simply a stone's throw away from the sea lies The Summerhouse Gallery. The Summerhouse Gallery is a beautiful space that shows a wide variety of paintings, bespoke jewellery, ceramics and glass.

The aim is to provide a welcoming environment that shows the very best of Cornish/South West linked artists. Whilst a visitor may recognise established work by painters such as Michael Strang, Mike Hindle, John Piper and Michael Praed; there is also the opportunity to discover new, rising talents - Kate Richardson and Imogen Bone to name just two. The Summerhouse endeavours to have a selection of work on show that cannot be found anywhere else.

Since opening in June 2011, The Summerhouse Gallery has received nothing but praise from the press and public alike. Cornwall Today said: ‘In just a few months, The Summerhouse has established itself as one of the best galleries in West Cornwall’ whilst ‘this is cornwall’ described the ‘Winter Light’ exhibition as ‘the perfect antidote to the winter blues’.
