Opening in Spring 2017 The Wee Dalry Dairy, based in North Ayrshire, creates and sells handmade dairy products using fresh milk and cream.
This business is Artisan in nature, utilsing milk and cream to produce small amounts of delicious dairy products which include butter, cheese, clotted cream, scalded cream, ice cream, yoghurt, creme fraiche...the list goes on.
the use of a micro-creamery approach will ensure sufficient produce to be manufactured, whilst maintaining a focused personal service to our customers.
All products are hand formed and made, no mass production techniques are used, therefore you will see none of the slick big boys packaging or forming where butter for example never sees or feels the artisan or his tools working on shaping and forming the product.
What we do is work with pride and passion, ensuring our products are tasty, fresh and local in order that our customers are awakened to, enjoy and take part in the resurrection of traditional Scottish dairy produce in Ayrshire.
