We specialise in creating handmade cakes to order for all occasions including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers and christenings.

Hi, my name is Jenni and I specialise in bespoke cakes, tailor-made to suit each individual client and their special day. I always strive to make each cake different. I had been designing and decorating cakes for over 20 years before I decided to turn my passion into a business and Thistle Do Icely was born.

I studied Cookery Craft for two years at college and during this time I completed modules in bakery and confectionery. All my cakes are made using good quality ingredients and free range eggs, as I believe the taste is every bit as important as the design.

Prices vary depending on size and decoration but I am happy to discuss ideas and give quotes. If necessary you can make an appointment to plan a cake.

Allergy information: my cakes are made in a kitchen where nut products are stored and used therefore I cannot guarantee them to be nut free. Cakes also contain eggs and gluten. Fruit cakes normally contain alcohol but can be made without if requested.
