The new FREE quality tabloid newspaper, launched March 2015. Available every Wednesday with a print run of 30,000.
The Times of Tunbridge Wells has been launched by One Media and Creative UK Ltd, the company that publishes So Tunbridge Wells magazine and other titles. One Media is part of the Markerstudy Group of Companies and through its trading name Markerstudy Leisure, works in association with businesses including Zenith Aviation and Salomons Estate in Tunbridge Wells.
The newspaper will be the biggest title in Tunbridge Wells, with a print run of 30,000 copies, giving a readership of 75,000 (based on an average of 2.5 readers per copy). It will use a ‘large’ tabloid format, with 64 pages of 310mm x 385mm. Copies will be distributed within a ten-mile radius of the town centre, giving it ‘saturation local coverage’; more impact than any other publication. Print schedules will enable the paper to carry local and up-to-date national news, making it unique.
Free copies will be handed out at railway stations and throughout the town, including the pedestrian precinct, the High Street and The Pantiles, plus surrounding suburbs and villages. It will also be available in selected newsagents and supermarkets.
