Todmorden Food Bank and Drop-In

Todmorden Food Bank and Drop-In is a community charity that distributes emergency food supplies. It is run completely by volunteers.

Todmorden Food Bank was started in June 2013 in response to the increase in people experiencing food poverty in the town. It is open every Saturday morning from 9:30am to 12pm and run completely by volunteers. People are given emergency food parcels to last roughly three days and are given no more than three bags of food. Anybody can come along and no proof is needed, a key point is that people are taken at their word and treated with dignity and respect. All the food given has been bought by money kindly donated. So if you would like to donate or volunteer get in touch. Or if you need a little help come and see us on a Saturday morning, you'll be greeted by a friendly face :-)
