BIOGRAPHY.
Born in the small town of Shelfield, Tom Hall attended a regular education until the age of 16, but even at such a young age his creative outlook on life and strong artistic flare was already visible.

Although, Tom kept his passion for art as a hobby until recently,
A wonderful little record shop recognised his talents and wanted to display his wonderful paintings for him.
