I can do multiple tiers & different shapes.
Different icings & fillings; chocolate Ganache (white, milk & dark), buttercream, Marzipan, standard fondant, marshmallow fondant, royal icing, chocolate modelling clay.
Writing, and piped decorations
I make all my cakes from scratch (except the standard fondant).
I do hand drawn sketches to come up with a design of what you need.
I can also do non-edible jewellery decorations/displays to add to the design.
