All managers hold a recognised FA qualification, and CRB checks are in place for all Officers and Managers.

Although closely allied to Torpoint Athletic F.C. the Youth F.C. is run as a separate club with its own Officers, Committee and finances. The Youth F.C. committee meet each month, and the Annual General Meeting is in July each year. The current Officers and Committee are as follows: (2012/2013)
