Twelve 81 Holiday Services is a one stop shop for second home owners, if you want to rent out or simply want to enjoy your property with your family, we are here to take the stress away so you can enjoy what Cornwall has to offer. Unlike national companies we are completely flexible, we can do as much or as little as you want us to do. The small things matter just us much as the big ones. All our packages and services are tailor made to each individual owner. Even if it is just to collect the keys from the Estate Agents for you or to hold a key so if you come away anytime without yours we will be close by to help.
