what we do..

We offer two main Alloy wheel refurbishment services:

FULL REFURBISHMENT
All done in-house in our own workshop. 2-3 day turnaround

After you have dropped your car off with us,
1) Your car is put on axle stands and the wheels are removed,
2) The tyres are removed and tagged with the job i.d,
3) the alloys are placed in a chemical bath to strip all paint off
4)Any damage is repaired and the wheels have a final prep
5)The wheels are put in an oven and pre baked @180'c
6)Powdercoat primer is applied and baked on,
7)Either the original colour is matched and applied or any colour of your choice
8)Powdercoat clear laquer is applied and baked on @180'c
9) After cooling the tyres are fitted with new valves,
10) wheels are balanced, and fitted back onto your car.
11) Final quality control inspection
12)Vehicle gets a Complimentary wash and is ready for collection

FACE REFURBISHMENT ONLY
All done in our own workshop,or available on your doorstep with our mobile workshop, same day service

After you have dropped your car off with us, (or we have arrived at your location)..
1) Your car is put on axle stands and the wheels are removed,
2) Tyres are pushed down, away from the rim, and masked off,
3) Any damage is repaired and the wheel is prepped,
4) Alloy is acid etch primed and painted in the matching colour, or a colour of your choice.
5)Clear laquer is applied and baked dry.
6)Tyres are inflated and wheels are refitted to vehicle
7)Final quality control inspection.
8)Vehicle is ready for collection

We have a comfy waiting area in reception Should you choose to wait here whilst your alloys are repaired.
