Universal is the youth community of Arena Church, aged between 11-17, who are passionate about living for a cause greater than themselves.

Universal Youth Ilkeston is Arena Church's Ilkeston ministry for secondary school age kids. We believe first and foremost in placing Jesus Christ at the centre of all that we do, from the prayer times before we open up, through the social times and games at the beginning, into the worship time with the band and then further into the teaching of God's Word and preaching the Gospel message. We believe, and have seen, that the Gospel of Jesus Christ still has incredible power to transform broken lives, no matter what age, young or old. We desire Universal to be an incredible place of unity, peace and safety and where friendships are made and strengthened and ultimately God is glorified!
