Upper House has 12 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 2 bespoke dining kitchens, one with 4 oven Aga, a dining room that seats 18 with adjoining service kitchen, 4 reception rooms, 2 boot rooms, communal laundry room and a Medieval Great Barn comprising Banqueting Hall, Garret Room and Pub.

There are 28 acres of woodlands, 4 acres of grazing, sloping lawned gardens, formal garden courtyard, a flat recreation area to the rear of the property, a large stone terrace overlooking Kinder Reservoir and a children's play area. There is private access to the 6,000 acre National Trust Kinder Estate. Upper House has the exclusive Fishing and Sporting rights under and over the Reservoir, an area that comprises almost 90 acres.
