Fun sessions with a qualified run leader
A 10 week programme aimed at people new to running or who may have never run before. Running is one of the best ways to lose weight and keep (or get) your body in shape. Whether you want to meet new friends, get fit, lose weight, enter your first 5k or improve your PB this class is for you!
Location & times:
Astbury Mere (vistor centre) 9.00am - 9.45am Tuesdays & Thursdays
Cost: £4 a session (£35 for block of 10)
