Much Wenlock in Shropshire is a Walkers are Welcome town.
The logo shows a medieval type padlock with the word WEN in it. WEN/lock - get it?!
It is a rebus (an allusional device that uses pictures to represent words or parts of words) and can be found carved into the paneling of the council chamber and on the front of the old railway station.
