Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open to people aged 18 years or over that reside in the UK and Ireland. Employees and agents of any company connected with this promotion are eligible to enter.
2. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the rules as are these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of therules.
3. The promotion will run from Friday 2nd November and closes on 30th November
4. There will be 12 winners in total. 3 winners will be chosen each week in November. Winners will be chosen from the entries received by a judging panel of 2 staff from White’s Oats and Smarts. Each winning entry will receive 1 hamper of White’s products.

7. The promoter reserves the right not to publish entries that are deemed incomplete, indecent or discriminatory and these will not be valid for entry.
8. The prize is not redeemable for cash and prizes are non-transferable. In the event of a dispute the decision of the promoter is final.
9. The winner will be notified via facebook.
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes.
11. Participation is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
12. Instructions on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
14. These rules are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
