local butchers shop
Willingham Country Butchers launched on the 1st August 2016. By Kevin Saggers who has been the on site butcher at 'Highgate Country Butcher' for the past 3 years. Kevin has now taken over the lease and will run the shop still assisted by John.
Kevin is a 3rd generation of Family Butchers, his Father and Grandfather had shops in Hertfordshire. Kevin's earliest memory of the shops is sitting on the side age 7 helping to make burgers. He worked on the markets in London at 16 and trained to be Q Guild Butcher in Bedfordshire.
Willingham Country Butchers wants to continue to serve the local community providing quality produce at affordable prices.
