Windermere Holiday Courses are offered as part of Windermere School; an independent day and boarding school for boys and girls aged 2 to 18.

We run activity, watersports and English language courses during the school holidays.

1. Our British Council accredited International Summer School is for young people aged 11 to 17. Residential courses take place during July and August each year, providing 22.5 hours of English language tuition each week, combined with a jam-packed social and excursion programme.

2. Our Sailing and Activity Summer School is for young people aged 11 to 17, who are fluent English speakers. Residential courses take place during July and August each year, providing 20 hours of sailing tuition at our RYA accredited water sports centre, combined with a jam-packed social and excursion programme.

3. Week long sailing, kayaking or canoeing courses for 6 to 16 year olds. These take place each week during the Easter and Summer holidays. Running Monday to Friday mornings, we cater for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels.

4. Our Kids Club runs Monday to Friday form 8.45am to 5.15pm during some weeks in the Easter and Summer holidays. These and fun-filled activity courses for 6 to 11 year olds.
