Windsor cars was founded in March 2008 by Mr Rhys Morgan and his son, Gareth. Since then the company has been steadily growing and adapting to meet the needs of its customers.

You are welcome to visit our taxi office on Albert Road. We have a comfortable waiting area and the office is clearly visible from the town clock in the centre of Penarth.

All drivers are CRB checked. We are accredited to the Vale of Glamorgan and Social Services.

We offer a first class transfer service to all major UK airports and ferry terminals. For the return journey, give us your flight number and we check with the airport for delays. If your flight times change, we send taxi to suit the new arrival time.

We operate taxi accounts for regular customers, businesses or individuals. Most payment options are accepted.
