Witham Therapy Room is a safe private space for you to speak, paint or draw what is holding you in this place right here and now. Experienced Adult Trauma Counsellor Sharon can aid your exploration, whilst you chose the path you wish to take, she can use art or animal assisted psychotherapy with you when you cannot find the words to ensure your well-being is paramount on your journey together.
Being a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) Sharon abides to their code of ethics. She is fully insured and holds an Enhanced DBS check.
Sharon specialises in trauma work, she also practises at Helen Rollason Cancer Charity at Chelmsford and Centre for Action on Rape and Abuse which cover North Essex.
