Wood Park is a working dairy farm, linked with the University of Liverpool and Leahurst Veterinary Hospital.
The dairy farm covers 300 acres. The closed dairy herd runs to 185 milking cows plus calves. Annual milk yield stands at 11,300 litres per cow. Data gathered are used extensively in our teaching and research.
