XS Taekwon-do classes are led by Chief Instructor Marie McAneny – 5th Degree International Instructor with a team of professional full time Instructors.
Training times are every Saturday:
Grangemouth Sports Complex on Saturdays :
Family class (All ages & all grades) : 2pm to 3pm

Laurieston Community Hall on Saturdays :
Family class (All ages & all grades) : 12.30pm to 1.30pm
St. Mary of the Angel's Church Hall, Camelonon Saturdays : Family class (All ages & all grades) : 11am to 12pm
Hallglen Sports Centre, Falkirk on Wednesdays :
Family class (All ages & all grades) : 4pm to 5pm
Stenhousemuir Sports Centre on Wednesdays:
Family class (All ages & all grades) : 6.15pm to 7.15pm
