A grand old country house on the southern flanks of Kinder Scout, YHA Edale is one of the highest residences in the Peak District and has a view to match. Our back garden is open access moorland! There are numerous footpaths into the hills, dales and moors and it is located in the very centre of the famous network of Dark Peak mountain bike cross country trails.
We offer fully inclusive packages for groups, weekend courses for individuals and families, and one-off activity sessions for young people and/or families during the school holidays. We are a long established Activity Centre and can provide challenging yet accessible outdoor experiences such as abseiling, caving, canoeing, archery, high ropes course and much more for any guest.
