Yiewsley Cornerstone Centre is a local registered charity working within the community of Yiewsley and the surrounding areas. The charity offers a wide range of activities and services for the whole community, with the aim of making the area we live in a better place. It is the vision of Yiewsley Cornerstone Centre to establish a local hub for everyone to use and enjoy within their community.
Yiewsley Cornerstone Centre currently runs activities for both families and individuals of all ages. The charity has been commissioned to run a Children’s Centre for the under 5s and also provides over 65s services such as exercise, games, crafts and social groups.
On top of these activities the charity also provides services in areas such as Employment, Healthy Living, Advice & Guidance, Training Workshops and Courses. Yiewsley Cornerstone Centre works in partnership with many other community groups, charities and local government departments to meet as many needs of the community as possible.
We want the local people to take an active part in shaping the activities we provide. Therefore we have forums for you to have your say and we offer volunteering opportunities within many areas of the charity. To celebrate our community and increase the community spirit we also try to host community events regularly for all.
