I am an Introductory Level 2 Iyengar Yoga Teacher, teaching 3 classes a week in Heamoor, Penzance
Classes:
Mondays 6 - 7.30pm, General Class £7/£6 con
Fridays 9.15 -10.45am General Class £7/£6con
Fridays 11 - 12 am Gentle Class £4
Please ring for further information and to check availability of spaces. All classes are suitable for beginners
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and a yoga mat if you have them, I do have spares if needed
